This allows us to reach multiple sides of a part and access deep pockets for comprehensive machining. We can also use automation to implement “lights-out” operation while guaranteeing consistent accuracy in machining, even for the most complex or challenging projects.
3-axis Machining
Our robust 3-axis machining capabilities serve as a crucial complement to our 5-axis operations. Running simpler parts on three-axis machines supports continuous production and allows us to simultaneously address a wider spectrum of part complexities. By maintaining careful control over the entire machining process, we can ensure quick turnarounds for customers across industries and state lines.
